My career as an Exercise Physiologist began in 2000. I believe that one's health and fitness level is extremely personal, which is why I design individual, unique programs to help my clients find what works best for their body, their lifestyle, and their goals.
Achieving optimal health, reaching your healthy weight, and increasing your quality of life is a lifelong journey - weather you are just beginning or in the middle of this journey, my goal is to give you the knowledge, confidence and tools necessary to achieve all of your health and fitness goals.
I specialize in individual and small group personal training programs, fat loss, injury rehabilitation, sports conditioning, core strength, health maintenance, increasing muscle strength and size, increasing muscle endurance, increasing cardiovascular endurance, better flexibility, and balancing body composition.
