My passion for health began when I decided to start loving myself.  My children also had a big part in my personal transformation.  I wanted them to learn healthy habits and I knew it started with me. 

I had reached a staggering 210lbs and realized I needed a drastic change in my life.  I lost 80lbs in one year with a balanced exercise and nutrition program.  This was over 20 years ago.  I have since then helped others change their lives and outlooks on what they can accomplish with a little hope and guidance.  I have learned to respect my clients’ fitness level and moving them forward at their own pace.  My biggest priority when working with my clients is to teach them the tools they need to maintain their healthy lifestyle.

I specialize in designing unique adaptive exercise routines for clients with disabilities and limited physical capacity, pregnant women, children, boot camp workshops, wellness maintenance, chronic illness prevention, advanced dietary guidance, and overall health..

I love the feeling and sweat I get from interval training.
