Spin
Spin classes are a fun way to get in shape in a very short time, and everyone can do it! Classes are designed to challenge everyone from beginner to advanced athlete. Spin is for all ages and all fitness abilities because there is no impact, no traffic or pollution-not even inclement weather.
Most riders can expect to burn up to 600-700 calories per class, as well as see significant improvement in their physical conditioning and appearance. It is common knowledge that when training at 65-75% of your maximum heart rate, your body metabolizes the most fuel, including stored fat. Up to 85% of the calories burned in this range are FAT calories!
So, “saddle-up and spin your wheels” and before you know it, you will be ready to reveal that new body.
